She wishes to cook a great meal but doesn't have ingredients for that. She asks us to bring the following items: 20 crab claw, 20 chip and 20 mushrooms.
Crab claw may be looted from Krabbies and Kinglers.
Chips may be bought in Celadon. 
Map to the kiosk in Celadon.
Mushroom may be looted Paras and Parasects.
After obtaining all of the ingredients, you should go back to Caroline.
