NPC Bill is located in his workshop which is in mountains close to Cerulean

Bill needs help in his research.

Mission 1

Bill needs information about few pokemons, to help him, you need to have those pokemons in pokedex: Paras, Parasect, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Kakuna, Beedrill, Geodude, Graveler.

Second task is about bringing a Parasect on lvl 60 to him.

For completing those missions you will recieve Tm45 Attract.
